The mission of our veterinary practice is to provide provide high quality veterinary care in a state-of-the-art environment with careful attention to detail, and individual care for every pet while enhancing and promoting the human animal bond.
Guiding principles
Be the Pet's Advocate.
We base all our recommendations first on what is in the best interest of your pet. Your pet's health and well being comes first.
Be present.
We only see one patient at a time.
Be real.
We only recommend treatment for our client's pets what we would have for our own pets. (No over-treatment planning).
Be inclusive.
We base our measure of success on the quality of the relationship we have with each client and their pet.
Be responsible.
All instruments go through an autoclave for sterilization.
In addition:
- We provide a written treatment plan, showing all costs and fees in advance, so that there will be no surprises.
- If you need help financially, we will work with you to find a way for you to maintain your pet's health.
- Finally, we never hesitate to assist any patient who wishes to seek a second opinion, or review any of our services or recommendations we provide.
Financial assistance
- Seniors get 5% off on all work.
- We have one outside service provider who can provide financing for up to five years at very competitive rates.
